Meet Saraphina Churchill – Owner of Images by Saraphina
I met Saraphina Churchill in a mastermind group and found her to be quite amazing. She’s quiet yet very professional and has the utmost expertise when it comes to working with businesses and their branding with photography and graphics.
She is also an award-winning Virtual Art Department and focuses on helping small businesses that do not have an in-house creative team. This ensures these businesses can move forward with their goals.
One thing I did not know about Saraphina is that she’s a sci-fi nerd and being a kid at heart she never turns down a well-made dessert. I didn’t know we had these two things in common.
I was curious as to why she started her business as well as why a business should work with her and what makes her unique.
In her answer she wrote that prior to starting Images By Saraphina in 2019, she worked jobs in both photography and graphic design then later realized her passion and began to assist small businesses with needed support in their branding, marketing and advertising artwork. “Small companies deserve the ability to have a full-service art department” she said. I couldn’t agree more.
Saraphina also has a unique way of working with her clients. She is really moved by her clients stories and becomes invested in the outcome of the work to match her clients passion. There is something to be said about working with a small business that truly cares.
I also found out that she likes to work with “small companies with less than 10 employees and solopreneurs who are passionate about what they do and are ready to outsource what is not in their wheelhouse”.
She goes on to say that as a kid she loved comics and all the hero stories. For Saraphina, her clients are usually heros in some way. Saraphina further says, “I get to swoop in and help them do it. I want to save the world one pixel at a time”.
I love this analogy! Shows a lot of creativity as well, which is what you want when working with a photographer or graphic designer.
My next question was how do businesses get started working with Images by Saraphina?
She tells me, “I am tempted to just insert Blondie lyrics here that say “Call me” but in all seriousness, it starts with a conversation”. She goes on to say that she lives on Cape Cod and can meet in person if you live in the area and is open to a phone call or Zoom meeting.
When meeting with a business it helps Saraphina get to know her clients, their stories, what they need and to consult a plan. Even better, the initial meeting consultation is complimentary with no obligation from the business. She feels “it is up to the business owner if they feel I am a good fit”. The fun begins after that!
I have worked with Saraphina on a few different levels and I find her to be extremely thorough, communicative if there are questions and gets right back to me if have a question. I have found her customer service and especially her work, to be above exceptional.
