When I think of Dolly Towne, I think WOW!  I cannot recall where or how we met but I’m so glad we did.  She’s been an inspiration to me and many others by what she does and who she is.

So, who is Dolly Towne?  Dolly is a wife, a mother, and an amazing businesswoman.  She loves being with her family as much as possible, along with hiking and being by the water; just to name a few.

Dolly was a payroll analyst for a long time and during that time she became a mother.  Motherhood was busy juggling a baby and being a wife and working.  So, what did she do?

She left her cushy corporate job to be home with her son and eventually started her own business, Bookkeeping Towne, in 2019.

Her primary focus is on the food industry businesses, helping them to thrive financially.  She loves to educate business owners about bookkeeping for financial security and helping them stay in control of their business.

Bookkeeping Towne expanded in leaps and bounds in 2023 in a way that was so inspiring.  I watched the whole thing unfold and was totally excited for Dolly.  I’ll tell you more about that below.

Towne was already offering many services to food industry businesses such as monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks Tutorials, Sales Tax Management, Payroll Services, Accounts Receivable & Payable Management, Monthly Financial Statement Reviews, Budgeting and Forecasting, Inventory Management, etc   Whew!  That’s quite a plethora of services.

And in March of 2023 she launched À La Carte Business Advisors and celebrated her fourth anniversary since the grand opening of Bookkeeping Towne.  Congratulations to Dolly on all her accomplishments!!! 

À La Carte Business Advisors is an extension business of Bookkeeping Towne for the food industry offering ways to partner up with food experts, such as food scientists, food business consultations, menu pricing experts and more.  She has a lot of other cool things in the works as well.

More amazingly, her business not only assists food industry businesses but also offers services to other business types to help them with the skills they need to understand and control their business finances.
