Automation Saves You Time

Automation allows you to send automatic messaging to your clients/customers or reminders to yourself.  Small things can slip through the cracks and you could lose a potential client or lose a sale.

By implementing automation software it can help you and your business to stay on track.  It really depends on your automation software needs.  There are many to choose from that can serve you well.

For example, I use Constant Contact to follow up with someone who has signed up for my email list with a “thank you” and maybe even a message offering a “complimentary consultation” or a “promotional discount”.

I love Constant Contact and it is a great resource for this type of automation.  You can try it out for free with me.  Check it out here.  Google also suggested these great email automation software tools: Email Automation platforms be sure to scroll down on the Google page to find what I’m referring to.

Here is a site you can check out for quality control automation put out by Capterra.

Don’t lose that sale!

Have an E-Commerce business?  Is there full cart but the person has not “officially” purchased the items?

Email, again, is a great way to give them a little nudge to complete their purchase.

Customer Support 24/7

It’s almost impossible for a solo business owner to be available to their clients/customers 24/7.  If you have an answering service, then great but if not….

My suggestion would be to think about incorporating a chatbox on your website.  I use one all the time and have gotten great results.  I get a notification when someone leaves a message which allows me to respond in a timely manner.

In my search on Google for the best chatbox automation software out there; here’s what I found.
